The ExoArmer Method
Our method incorporates multiplanar tensioning of the targeted tissue to affect the myofascia, muscles, and other connective tissues.
There are several levels of the ExoArmer Method. Level 1 teaches the foundations of the method in a passive state and teaches the use of the ExoArm Infrared Sleeve. We cover the Back, Hip Complex, Lower Extremities, Upper Extremities, and Neck. Level 2 builds from Level 1 and introduces tensioning while mobilizing the tissue. We follow with two courses on dynamic tensioning of the tissue where multiplanar movements of the limbs are tensioned through their fascial lines. Finally, the advanced courses teach evaluation of soft tissue injury, executing a treatment plan, and more nuances of functional anatomy.
By the end of the ExoArmer Courses, our practitioners will be experts in the ExoArmer Method of manual therapy.
T.R.U.S.T technique
The TRUST (Tissue Release Under Sustained Tension) Method isn’t a standard deep tissue massage. We combine passive tissue mobilization techniques with simultaneous muscle stretch. The therapy is designed to be very precise and specific while stretching the muscle fiber based on its orientation and alignment. Taking the muscle and joint through its range of motion while applying appropriate pressure yields the best results.
ExoArm Infrared Sleeve
The ExoArm Therapeutic Infrared Sleeve was specifically crafted to assist therapists in mobilizing soft tissue. Utilizing far infrared heat convection, it has the capability to heat tissue up to 150°F. This heat penetrates beyond the skin’s surface, reaching the fascia, interstitial fluid, and muscles. By creating an optimal tissue environment, it enhances tissue pliability, boosts blood circulation, and promotes relaxation.
